CONTRACT AGREEMENT

This agreement made on the ____ day of ________, 20____, by and between DigiFrameAd and _________________, hereinafter called the client.

ARTICLE 1. SCOPE OF THE WORK

DigiFrameAd shall design a personal business ad, using (2) photos or logos, contact information, business information and a brief summary of the services the client provides.
We will provide your business information and a link to your business web site on our DigiFrameAd website.

ARTICLE 2. TIME OF SERVICE

DigiFrameAd will keep placement of the client’s ad in location agreed upon for the amount of time the client chooses stated below.

ARTICLE 3. THE PRICES

Payment will be given at time of completion of ad design.

 3 Months of service with ad design, business information on our website $45.00
 6 Months of service with ad design, business information on our website $90.00
 12 Months of service with ad design, including thumbnail ad and full ad on our website. $180.00

ARTICLE 4. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. No refunds will be given in the event of a location containing one of our DigiFrameAd, businesses closing down or if your personal business ceases to exist. We will to the best of our ability relocate your ad to a new location in your area.
2. Renewal of service: Payment must be received two weeks before your prior agreement expires to guarantee placement in the location you are currently advertising in.
3. The client will not be allowed to switch locations after agreement on location has been reached.
4. There will be a $15 redesign fee for any changes made to a clients advertisement once it has been placed.
